Introduction
Ujala Ek Hope (Sun rise is one hope) aims to understand the issues faced by women aged
22-35, a common age range for marriage in India. This includes college dropouts who
married early and working women with suddenly arranged marriages. Ujala Ek Hope primarily
focuses on women in the Delhi NCR region.
The Challenge
The challenge is how to educate and motivate these
women to continue working in their fields and what
strategies can be used to raise their awareness.
The Solution
The solution is to design an awareness campaign, create a website, develop video call designs, and leverage social media.

Website Layout
The website will focus on women’s empowerment, mental health, and feature a motivational speaker for future sessions. It will demonstrate that anyone can join for free, with an option to continue after the first video call by paying a small fee, and later, they can opt for a membership.
Video Call Layout
Video calls can be done individually or in groups, based on the participant’s preference. This flexibility allows each woman to choose the format that best suits her needs, whether she desires personalized support or the shared experience of a group.
A Dedicated Platform for Women and Entrepreneurs
After consulting with Ujala Ek Hope members, women can integrate their desires into
real-life actions and achieve their goals.
