An evolving space for ideas, experiments, and visual exploration.
This is a typeface experiment that I did in 2019 at SCAD during my BFA in Graphic Design. It’s a booklet typeface inspired by the movie Tangled. Instead of using images, the entire booklet is created using only text with a limited color palette. I received an Honorable Mention from the International Design Awards for this project. Later, during my master’s in Graphic Design and Visual Experience, I had the opportunity to refine some of the pages in a portfolio class.

This was an early motion design class during my BFA in Graphic Design, where I experimented with motion fundamentals by using only circle shapes to create Mickey Mouse.
One of my favorite projects from 36 Days of Type, which I did in 2019. It includes illustrated letterforms and numbers that I designed over 26 days.
One of my favorite projects from my first Graphic Design history class during my BFA in Graphic Design (2019). I selected the Arts and Crafts Movement, with William Morris as the featured artist. I designed posters inspired by Morris's notable collections, and the project was published in the SCAD 2020 catalog.
This project was an experiment, and I taught myself completely. I worked on motion design during the pandemic to explore and refresh my skills, learning as I went and keeping it as a small exploratory project from 2020.
